Awards

In April, the Home Builders Association of Chester & Delaware Counties (HBA) held its 19th Annual Pyramid Awards ceremony. The Pyramid Awards honor the excellence in construction, sales and marketing as well as design of new homes in Chester and Delaware Counties. Also honored was Rich Mingey, president of The Kelly Group. Mingey received the Al Goldstein Distinguished Service Award. This award is given to an HBA member who has demonstrated leadership in the HBA of Chester & Delaware Counties through business success, charitable endeavors and commitment of time, financial resources and expertise in the government and political issues affection the building industry. Interestingly, Richard' s uncle, Richard G. Kelly, Jr., received the same award in 1994.
